Chief Minister Message

I am very much delighted and pleased to learn that Stella Maris School has completed 60 long years of its meaningful existence and is bringing out Starlite, the school magazine to commemorate its Diamond Jubile Celebrations. When the school was established in 1957 by the Mangaluru-based Sisters of Charity Education Society, they had a dream for providing quality education, especially to girls. Now, their dream has come true, perhaps, beyond their expectations. Thousands of little stars, who have studied in this school in the last 60 years, have now turned out to be glittering stars in various fields and are spread all over the World! I hope the alumni of the school would be a part of the celebrations. Besides, the teachers – the old and the new – would be adding charm to this memorable event. I wish the Diamond Jubilee Celebrations, a grand success.
